Welcome to Wandrers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wandrers website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Wandrers is an online marketplace that connects travelers ("Guests") with local guides and providers ("Hosts") who offer tours, activities, and experiences ("Experiences"). We do not own, create, sell, or manage these Experiences directly. Our role is solely to facilitate the availability of the Platform and coordinate payments.
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
When you book an Experience, you are entering into a direct contract with the Host. You agree to pay all charges associated with the booking, including the Experience price and any applicable platform fees or taxes.
Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By making a booking, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions in addition to ours.
Cancellation policies are set by individual Hosts and are clearly displayed on the Experience page before booking. If you need to cancel a booking, the refund amount will be determined by the Host's specified policy. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact our support team.
You agree to use the Platform in a lawful manner. You may not:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wandrers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or participation in any Experience.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
